Esther founded the first Avendelle family-care home in 2005 after realizing her passion for senior care through helping an elderly, widowed neighbor.

Douglas serves as the  business operations manager. He began his career in the culinary arts and transitioned to the health care industry in 2008.

Bill has over 15 plus years of extensive corporate experience augmented by a formal education and refined by years of experience in the franchise industry.
